Dustcollector for steel plant,uses compressed air from the air tank as energy to clean dust. It makes pulse airflow from bag top to bottom when the pulse valve starts. Its purpose is to shake off the dust on bag outer surface and fall down to bottom hopper. If the pressure or air volume is not sufficient, the airflow will be too weak to shake off the dust from top to bottom. The resistance force will be increased and lifetime of bags will be reduced. Otherwise, if the blow is too strong, the micro dust already absorbed by bags will be knocked out again, causing second time dust. And bags may be broken by strong friction with frame. Whatever the pressure is high, medium or low, the blowing strength and airflow is rationally designed according to process flow, dust and bag filter material.
