Spray Cooling Pipes

Located below the mold, the spray header comprises curved square tubes fitted with multi-flow nozzles, mounted via brackets bolted to Stage 1 secondary cooling supports/structures. Quick-coupling hoses connect water supply lines. Its core function is to enable controlled strand solidification through progressive cooling after mold exit.
